Business Description The Moffat Centre was formed in 1998 as a specialist Centre within Caledonian Business School, Glasgow Caledonian University. The Centre is endowed by the Moffat Charitable Trust which was set up by Mrs M Moffat and the late Mr J H Moffat (founders of AT Mays Travel Agent Chain). Professor John Lennon is the Centre Director and provides leadership in both consultancy and research activities.
Product Description The Moffat Centre has carried out Benchmarking and Best Practice analysis of international performance of tourist destinations and national tourism organisations including: VisitBritain The Canadian Tourism Commission VisitScotland Scottish Enterprise/Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
